Refunds are available only under the following conditions:
You purchased a service by mistake
You experienced a technical issue preventing access
You request a refund within 7 days of purchase (adjustable based on preference)
Refunds are not provided for:
Completed consultation sessions
Digital products already accessed or downloaded
Customized strategy development or mentorship sessions
Change of mind after service delivery
You may cancel future sessions with at least 24 hours’ notice
Last-minute cancellations may be subject to a fee or forfeiture of the session
Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

You may cancel at any time
Fees already billed are non-refundable
