Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available only under the following conditions:

  • You purchased a service by mistake

  • You experienced a technical issue preventing access

  • You request a refund within 7 days of purchase (adjustable based on preference)

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Completed consultation sessions

  • Digital products already accessed or downloaded

  • Customized strategy development or mentorship sessions

  • Change of mind after service delivery

 

Cancellation of Services

  • You may cancel future sessions with at least 24 hours’ notice

  • Last-minute cancellations may be subject to a fee or forfeiture of the session

 

Method of Refund

Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

 

Subscription Services

If you have a recurring subscription:

  • You may cancel at any time

  • Fees already billed are non-refundable
